Introduction

At LNT Travel, we strive to accommodate your travel needs. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations are necessary. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling bookings.

Cancellation Terms
- in case of 100 percent payment is made prior to journey, 80% of the advance paid will be refunded back
- in case 80 percent payment is made prior to the journey, 60% of the advance paid will be refunded back.
- in case 60 percent payment is made prior to the journey, 40% of the advance paid will be refunded back.
- in case 40 percent payment is made prior to the journey, 10% of the advance paid will be refunded back.
- in case advance paid is below 30%, the said amount paid will be forfeited.

Cancellation Process
To cancel a booking, please contact our customer support team. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed.

Exceptions
In the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider exceptions to the above terms. Such cases will be evaluated on an individual basis.
