The Vigilance Department maintains strict oversight of cabs, drivers, and vehicle-related documents. They conduct surprise checks to ensure compliance with traffic rules, prevent alcohol/drug consumption, and address any misconduct.

CLIENT-CENTRIC SERVICE DELIVERY

The Site Manager serves as the company's direct liaison with clients, tailoring operations to meet their specific needs. They actively implement client feedback to continuously improve service quality.

24/7 SUPPORT AND MONITORING

Our dedicated 24/7 Central Control Room utilizes GPS tracking to monitor operations and provide immediate support when needed. Contact information for the CCR is readily available to all drivers and Site Supervisors.

CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Sea Hawk's in-house Training Department offers specialized programs for drivers and other staff. Quarterly training sessions are conducted at our Central Control Station to foster ongoing professional development
