Introduction

At LNT, we aim to provide the highest level of service. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your booking. Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided.

Refund Conditions
- Partial Refund: If cancellation is made between 24-48 hours before the departure,
- in case of 100 percent payment is made prior to journey, 80% of the advance paid will be refunded back
- in case 80 percent payment is made prior to the journey, 60% of the advance paid will be refunded back.
- in case 40 percent payment is made prior to the journey, 10% of the advance paid will be refunded back.
- in case advance paid is below 30%, the said amount paid will be forfeited.
- No Refund: If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the departure.
